This program was designed to make it quick, simple, and easy for anyone to have an free electronic version of the bible on his/her computer and as such every effort was taken to minimize the file size without losing any of the content. The program's interface and controls are designed to be rather intuitive to minimize the learning curve associated with effectively using the program. The standard download includes the King James Version (KJV) of the bible. With this new update, we're adding functionality
for the serious bible student! Our goal is to be a useful tool for everyone from the basic user to the bible scholar!
This version of the program has surpassed the last release by far. We have incorporated many of the suggestions that were given and attempted to make the program become the most complete bible system while being small in size. To accommodate this, we have included many of the standard features along with various search items and plug-ins that most people will use, however, we have left out some of the more advanced plug-ins such as Matthew Henry's Commentary, and Strong's Lexicon as well as many other translations available for download.
